Withdrawal
Management

If you have been using substances and need a safe and supportive place to stop using and detox, this service provides a safe space to do so, along with linkages for other community agencies.

Online supports:

Big White Wall
An online community for those suffering from mild to moderate mood and anxiety issues. Peer support, learning modules, and creative outlets are available as a means of support. Memberships are available for free for 6 months at a time.

Bounce Back
Created as a way of providing easier access for counselling, this program provides 6 sessions of CBT based phone counselling free of charge for mood disorders and anxiety.
